Hello Scrappers and Friends! This weekend is a big garage sale weekend. Three towns near us are having their town wides and that usually means lots of sales all over. The one town usually has tons every year so we were looking forward to that one as always. So here is what I found.
Today was the first day we checked out the sales and tomorrow I'm sure there will be many more open. No real supplies were bought today, just storage. I have an obsession with storage. Most of my totes and drawers in my craft room are actually empty, its quite sad. But whenever I get supplies I have plenty of places to put the items! I got the little blue drawer thing for .25c, the Mason Jar for .50c, the two clear divided containers for $1.75, the small wooden shelf for $2 and finally the 2 clear crafting containers for $6. Hoping I will find more tomorrow.

Well today was the last day of the sales and I only got one item of storage! Surprising I know. Its a Printers Tray and I'm going to hang it behind my door to hold some of my wooden stamps. Lady was asking $20 and I got it down to $10. These are quite expensive so I'm happy with the price.
Then supply wise I purchased some stamps, beads and sequins. The beads I'm thinking of using them for Shaker cards, like the one I did for my mom on her Brithday that I just previously shared. I could even thread a few beads and create a border around a picture. I used one of those storage containers I bought yesterday to store them too.
I had a wonderful time with my mom these past two days, can't wait for the next community garage sale! Here is my video of my small garage sale haul, Enjoy and have a Splendid Crafty time!!
